This past Wednesday, Kyle Merrill and Travis Rowe took part in a classic pitcher's duel. The two located the ball and
held eachother to a 0-0 tie in 7 innings. The game was eventually called due to darkness.
In back to back weekend games, Kyle Merrill shut out Travis Rowe 1-0. The lone runs in each game came off solo shots
from Merrill, one of which landed in the upper deck. Merrill also took advantage of Travis' struggles at the plate to start
the season with an ERA of 0.00.
